I started Qerala because I saw how inefficient (and expensive) engineering recruitment had become. Too many talented engineers were buried in generic pipelines, and too many teams were wasting time and budget on hires that didn’t fit. I believed there had to be a better way. One that respected the complexity of technical hiring, prioritized real relationships, and didn’t break the bank. Qerala is that way. We’re building a network where the best engineers and the best teams can find each other—faster, smarter, and with purpose.

I’ve spent years in the trenches of technical hiring - reviewing resumes, building teams, and navigating the same recruiting inefficiencies many companies still face today. Qerala is shaped by that experience. It’s a solution born from real-world hiring challenges, built to serve both engineers and the people trying to find them.

I started Qerala because great engineers were getting lost in the system and great teams were wasting time and money trying to find them.
